Merit-Based Admission Criteria

Yuba College's Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) program utilizes a merit-based admission process to score and rank program applicants according to a combination of their academic and personal achievements. A detailed description of each criterion, along with a breakdown of available points, is provided in the ADN Multi-Criteria Screening Process document.

The Transfer application is only for students requesting a transfer from another Nursing program.  The application must have a letter of "good standing" from the previous Director of Nursing and only excepted during the application period.

‚ÄčThere is a minimum cut score of 42 but if you are below 42 we encourage you to still apply and we will consider your application.
